Sweetlife Farm had a new, exciting look and feel in 2009!

We made the big decision to showcase Sweetlife Farm products from our studio/kitchen across the driveway from the house; this gave folks a peek into our little workshop, and made more space for the six talented artisans who set up in the house.
Completion of the wood-fired oven/gazebo just beyond the kitchen created a perfect (warm) space to showcase the talents of Margi and Ashley, who brought the exquisite handcrafted holiday wares of Flowering Around to Sweetlife Farm.
And finally, in addition to Elijah, the artisan blacksmith who commanded the rapt attention of visitors as he works at his onsite forge in the driveway between house and studio, George and Glen were nearby, cooking up locally made hot dogs, bratwurst and Italian sausages and serving Sweetlife Cocoa Local and hot coffee from an old-fashioned hot dog cart.
Guests spread out inside the house, outside in the gazebo, and in the studio, pausing between sites to enjoy the outdoor action and food.
As always, we offered the convenience of credit card purchases, and the opportunity to select items from multiple vendors and pay once as you are leaving.
For more information about the other sites on the tour, shuttle bus transportation, lodging, etc, go to the Christmas in the Country website.
